ENGINEER / SR. ENGINEER / PROJECT COORDINATOR - SIMULATION

Location: Gurgaon or Pune 
Area: Simulation

This will make you grow: 

• Building Simulation cells in process simulate / DELMIA V5/ ROBCAD for robotic applications in Body in White area. 
• Understanding of process sequence, plant layout, cycle time details to validate the process in simulation cells.
• Robot reachability study along with equipment selection.
• Interference zone & multi resource simulation for cycle time checks.
• OLP programming skills would be an added advantage.

 This is how you’ll take us forward: 

• Degree in Mechanical / Industrial Engineering / Mechatronics / Electrical. 
• 1 – 10 Years’ Experience.
• Experience of working as a simulation engineer / BIW tool design Engineer.
• Knowledge of robotics, welding technology and other joining process used in automotive industry / experience with concept design / 3D finish / 2D creation for BIW Jigs / fixtures / grippers.
• Experience in Daimler / BMW / VW simulation standards would be an added advantage.
• Hands on experience in ABB/ KUKA/ FANUC robots would be an added advantage.
• Ability to work in teams with a high level of interaction on technical subjects.
• Good communication skills.
