Responsibilities:

• Define, document, and maintain system and software requirements in alignment with functional and customer needs.
• Ensure traceability of requirements throughout the V-model lifecycle, from design through implementation and testing.
• Apply basic automotive knowledge, including understanding of sensors, actuators, control units, and system functions, to support implementation.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute functional tests on test benches to validate system behavior against defined requirements.
• Update and extend test specifications and test cases, ensuring traceability to requirements.
• Produce detailed and structured final test reports to support verification and validation.
• Utilize programming skills (e.g., C, Python) for scripting, prototyping, or automation tasks as needed during development and testing.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, development, and validation to ensure requirement feasibility and implementation completeness.
   

Skills and experience:

• ISTQB Certified (Foundation or Advanced level).
• Proven experience in the automotive industry with a focus on requirements for engineering or systems implementation.
• Domain knowledge in one or more of the following:
  • Infotainment
  • Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
  • Energy Management
  • Electric Drive (E-Drive)
• Solid understanding of basic automotive systems and components (sensors, actuators, ECUs).
• Hands-on experience in creating and maintaining requirements using industry-standard tools.
• Familiarity with functional testing processes, including test planning and execution.
• Proficiency in C or Python for development or automation tasks.
• Strong oral communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Excellent analytical thinking and structured approach to problem-solving.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Strong learning agility and willingness to quickly adapt to new technologies or domains
   

Must Have: 

• Knowledge of Automotive system development engineering
• Programming skills C or Python
