MANAGER / ASSISTANT MANAGER – BACKEND & CLOUD DEVELOPMENT

Location: Gurgaon

Area: Mobility IT

This will make you grow:  

• You will be part of a diverse global team developing Backend Software for Automotive projects from concept through to implementation and validation. 
• Your tasks will be the disciplinary and technical leadership of a new team of Backend & Cloud Software specialists. 
• This includes the strategic recruitment, coaching, personal and technical development of your team. 

This is how you will take us forward:   

• Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science or comparable degree. 
• Good knowledge and practical experience with Java/Kotlin programming languages, Microservice Frameworks and Cloud Services like Azure / AWS. 
• 10 years or more of experience in Backend & Cloud Software development and experience as Software team leader or project manager. 
• Exposure to international project business within the organization and / or client related 
• Good communication skills in English (written and spoken). 
• Knowing German language would be added advantage.
• Proactive approach, self-motivation, communication, and presentation skills.
