As a Lead Software Tester / Senior Software Test Engineer, you are responsible for establishing, enhancing, and operationally managing professional software testing across frontend and backend projects. You play a key role in ensuring the quality of modern web, API, and cloud applications and drive a strong testing culture through coaching and process improvement across the organization.

Main Responsibilities 

• Develop and implement an organization-wide testing strategy
• Build and scale automated testing for frontend and backend
• Plan, execute, and report testing in agile projects
• Define quality metrics, perform risk and defect analysis
• Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines (DevOps environment)
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, and Architects
• Mentor and coach testers and developers 
   

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional software testing experience
• 3+ years in a leading role (Lead / Senior / QA Manager)
• Strong experience with automation frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, REST Assured)
• Experience with test management tools (Jira, Xray, TestRail)
• Familiar with CI/CD (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
• Experience with React, Vue, Next.js, Nest.js, Java, or Kotlin
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• ISTQB Advanced Level / Test Manager or similar certification is a plus
   

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud testing (AWS, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of performance and security testing (k6, JMeter, OWASP ZAP)
• Experience in building test frameworks and quality governance structure
