Role:

We are seeking an experienced Application Developer with expertise in Operation Technology (PLC / HMI / SCADA) along with Information Technology MES in the industrial domain.

Responsibilities:

• Background in cyber security, OT security.
• Knowledge of leading industry practices/frameworks for IT/ OT security or systems.
• Understanding of IT/ OT Systems architecture and design.
   

Skills and experience (OT Experience):

• Must have skills:
  • ICS/OTN/SCADA. RTU / PLC microcontroller programming and development environments
  • PCN network, SCADA system design, control implementation or integration
  • Knowledge of communication protocols such as Modbus, ROC, PCCC, BSAP, OPC, etc. and APIs in industrial systems
• Good to Have skills:
  • Knowledge of a broad range of ICS software (e.g., OSI PI, Camstar, etc.), MSMQ message queuing technologies, databases
  • Experience in UNIX, Windows and PLC host network configurations
  • Understanding of ICS network devices (firewalls, routers, IDS, IPS, etc.) configuration and deployment architecture 

Cyber Security Experience:

• Must have skills:
  • Understanding of VAPT tools in SCADA environment such as Modscan, PLCInject, Samurai STFU, mbtget, smod etc.
  • Understanding of vulnerability assessment and penetration testing process in IT or OT environments
• Good to Have skills:
  • Exhibit ability to analyse, evaluate, exploit and propose solutions to secure firmware, hardware, radio and conventional (web, mobile, network)
  • Understanding of ICS infrastructure safety and control requirements
  • OT monitoring, tooling experience (Claroty, Nozomi, Dragos etc.)
  • MITRE ATTACK and DEFEND

Soft Skills:

• Must have skills:
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to plan, operate and deliver with minimal supervision and guidance
  • Team-oriented and collaborative demeanor
  • Ability to think on your feet
• Good to Have skills:
  • OT cyber security consulting experience
  • Exposure on large projects
  • Team management experience

Certifications (Atleast One from Each Category):

Category 1 : OT Security

Vendor certifications from Claroty, Nozomi, Dragos, SANS OT Security, ISA/ IEC 62443, FSCP – 61508, 61511 

Category 2 : Cyber Security 

CEH, OSCP, EWPT, OSEE, EWPT, GCFA, GREM, GNFA, GISCP, GCIH, GPEN, HTB

Qualification:  B.Tech, BCA, MCA

Experience: 3-5 years of Experience
