Location: Ahmedabad/Pune

Responsibilities:

• Good experience recording concepts/RPS
• Experience in Form and position tolerancing/GD&T
• Experience in Tolerance chain calculations 1D/2D
• Experience in Tolerance simulation with 3DCS and/or VisVSA
• Should be able to conduct tolerance analysis and dimensional variation studies to optimize product quality and manufacturing processes
• Experience developing and implementing measurement plans and inspection methodologies to validate part dimensions and ensure compliance with engineering drawings.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and quality, to resolve dimensional issues and improve overall product performance.
• Good experience in advanced statistical tools and software (such as Monte Carlo simulations) to perform tolerance stack-up analyses and determine product dimensional variation.
• Experience in conducting tolerance stack up analysis to ensure compliance with design specifications and geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) standards
• Responsible for assembling, organizing, and maintaining 1D stacks according to project specifications and timelines.

Skills and experience:

• Extensive Experience of GD&T, DFMEA, DFMA and ASME Y14.5 M 1994/2009
• Good communication skills.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Should have proven experience in design, quality control, failure analysis & investigation, material selection and troubleshooting activities.
• Experience in tolerance analysis and dimensional engineering as well as tolerance stack analysis for complete vehicle.
