Experience: 1-3 Yrs
Role Definition: Responsible for creating high-quality Parametric CAD models & drawings for BIW/Hang-on parts, ensuring accuracy, manufacturability, and compliance with standards.
Software Skill: CATIA 
Location: Pune

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for 3D Data and 2D Data creation with technical considerations.
• Update CAD based on design reviews, supplier feedback changes.
• Know-how about Sheet Metal Forming, Joining and Hemming Processes.
• Perform clash analysis, assembly verification, and optimization of surfaces.
• Apply DFM/DFA/DFS guidelines while constructing parts.
• Follow OEM standards, naming conventions, and release rules.
• Support Concept Designers and Project Leads with accurate CAD deliverables.
   

Skills and experience:

• Strong skills in CATIA V5/V6 (Surface, Part, Sheetmetal modules).
• Experience in parametric modeling, design families, and CAD structuring.
• Understanding of Sheet Metal Design Guidelines.
• Basic knowledge of Sheet Metal Forming operations and Joinery Processes.
• Basic understanding of DFM/DFA/DFS and manufacturing constraints.
• Ability to prepare 2D drawings with GD&T.
• Familiarity with DMU, clash checks, and PLM systems (TC/Enovia).
• Excellent English Communication and Customer Coordination
• Excellent MS office Skills
• German Language is an additional advantage
• Willing to work from any Location.
