Responsibilities:

• Proficient in Catia CAD tool and able to manage large assemblies
• Working experience into Sheet Metal, Hood, Tailgate and Underbody for Passenger Cars.
• Can able to make 3D parametric construction in Catia.
• Create manufacturing part level and assembly drawings and should be familiar with GD&T.
• Prior experience to work with German projects is add-on.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to handle a team of engineers and prior customer communication
• Should be aware of data management tool Team Center.
• Able to handle the design release activities
   

Skills and experience:

• Provide design solutions considering design considerations, manufacturability and assembly feasibility.
• Guiding the team towards project milestones, and responsible for quality assurance of work performed by team members
• Proactive communication with customer regarding the design changes and defining the priorities with customers.
• Planning and executing the tasks within given time frame.
• Depth Knowledge of Design & detailing of parts from concept phase till qualification phase.
• Depth Knowledge about 4D Considerations.
• Provide solutions to design problems and get timely feedback to implement in the design.
• Ensure the CAD data of individual assemblies and components according to technical standards and norms with team members.
• Checking the models from team members for its appropriate structure and quality using checklist.
• To create Drawings and release the drawings of their Designing part.
• Update meeting minutes action plan for completed tasks.
• Maintaining project time entry on daily basis.
