Experience: 1-3 Yrs

Location: Ahmedabad/Pune

Responsibilities:

• Tool –NX, Optional- Catia V5
• Interior Trims - Cockpit (Instrument Panel, Door Trims, Floor Console) & (Pillar Trims, Soft Trims,Headliner, Carpets)
• Should be excellent in Interiors Product Design & Development.
• Knowledge & Experience in Benchmarking of Interior system.
• Experience in Style Surface Feasibility & Analysis i.e. checking Draft, Tooling Feasibility, ECE Regulation Evaluation, creating concept proposals Packaging Study with surrounding parts.
• Work on concept feasibility and prepare concept proposals. Conduct Packaging Study.
• Should have experience in DFx (Design for Mfg, assembly & Serviceability)
• Knowledge in tooling, fixings, Materials, GD & T, Stack up DFMEA, DVP etc. will be preferable.
   

Skills and experience:

• Good Knowledge in CAD.
• Knowledge of Office 365 Apps.
• Good at written and oral communication (English).
• Must have experience in Passenger Vehicles.
• Previous experience working with automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers.
