Experience: 3+ Yrs

Location: Ahmedabad/Pune

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out simulations to evaluate the electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) of automobiles
• Analysis of the simulation results and derivation of the necessary measures for the product design
• Validation of the simulations based on measurement results and optimization of the calculation methodology
• Documentation and presentation of work steps and work results as well as project and customer support
• Tools EMC simulation:
• CST Studio Suite
• EMCoS
• Feko
• ANSYS HFSS / Maxwell
• Comsol (not used by us, but comparable to the other tools)
   

Skills and experience:

• Successfully completed studies in electrical/communications/high-frequency engineering, mechatronics, physics or a similar qualification.
• Good knowledge of electronic hardware, ideally experience with EMC simulations, enjoyment of working with computers and great interest in automobiles
• Basic knowledge of EMC-compliant design, CISPR/ISO standards, ECE-R10 and EU-RE desirable
• Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English, a willingness to communicate and a systematic and thorough way of working
