Simulation Engineer (Ansys)
Experience: 4-5 Yrs
Location: Ahmedabad/Pune (WFO)
Responsibilities:
- Generate FE models for Ansys Classic using Ansa and/or Hyper mesh
- Create meshes in Ansys Workbench based on CAD data
- Independently mesh and assemble complex FE models
- Validate FE models and prepare them for simulation runs
- Perform model checks before starting simulations.
- Execute FE simulations using Ansys Classic and/or Ansys Workbench
- Monitor solver performance and ensure accuracy result
- Check and assess simulation results for correctness and stability
- Independently evaluate FE simulation results
- Interpret results and identify key findings
- Prepare clear, informative simulation reports as per customer requirements
Skills and experience:
- Strong experience with Ansys Classic and/or Ansys Workbench
- Hands-on expertise in Hyper mesh and/or Ansa
- Good understanding of FEM theory and best practices
- Ability to independently handle end-to-end simulation task
- Independent and structured working methodology
- Direct communication with clients and stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to document and present results clearly
- Experience working with international clients
- Exposure to multiple CAE workflows or industries
- Ability to guide junior engineers
