Change-Management

Experience: 4+ Yrs 

Location: Ahmedabad, Pune

Responsibilities:

  • Drive and coordinate change management activities in an OEM automotive environment
  • Manage quality and non-quality issues (customer complaints, production topics)
  • Prepare, review, and track change requests in OEM systems
  • Coordinate with suppliers, system developers, and internal stakeholders
  • Organize and participate in project meetings and committees
  • Track deadlines, action items, and approvals, ensuring timely implementation
  • Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates
  • Escalate risks and report potential deadline overruns proactively
     

Skills and experience:

  • Excellent German language skills (mandatory)
  • Strong communication and follow-up abilities
  • Experience in Change Management / Project Management
  • Ability to work independently with good time management
  • Basic technical understanding (automotive preferred)
  • High attention to detail, reliability, and ownership mindset
  • Prior experience with OEM / Tier-1 automotive projects is a plus
