Change-Management
Experience: 4+ Yrs
Location: Ahmedabad, Pune
Responsibilities:
- Drive and coordinate change management activities in an OEM automotive environment
- Manage quality and non-quality issues (customer complaints, production topics)
- Prepare, review, and track change requests in OEM systems
- Coordinate with suppliers, system developers, and internal stakeholders
- Organize and participate in project meetings and committees
- Track deadlines, action items, and approvals, ensuring timely implementation
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular status updates
- Escalate risks and report potential deadline overruns proactively
Skills and experience:
- Excellent German language skills (mandatory)
- Strong communication and follow-up abilities
- Experience in Change Management / Project Management
- Ability to work independently with good time management
- Basic technical understanding (automotive preferred)
- High attention to detail, reliability, and ownership mindset
- Prior experience with OEM / Tier-1 automotive projects is a plus
