Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain backend systems using Kotlin and Spring Boot
• Collaborate in the conception, development, and optimization of software and technical processes
• Define and implement APIs, interfaces, and service integration layers
• Integrate and evaluate new technologies to continuously improve platform capabilities
• Manage DevOps pipelines and deployment processes using Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
• Contribute to software architecture, system design, and code quality standards
• Provide 3rd level support and work closely with business analysts to understand functional requirements
• Support or take ownership of tasks related to agile project management and Scrum workflows
• Contribute across the stack as needed (e.g., Angular frontend or AI integration)
   

Skills and experience:

• 7+ years of experience in backend development, primarily with Kotlin and Java Spring Boot
• Strong knowledge of DevOps tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Bitbucket/GitLab
• Experience with cloud environments (especially AWS Hosting)
• Proficiency in software architecture, system integration, and API design
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation best practices
• Good understanding of agile methodologies: Scrum, Product Ownership
• Strong experience with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket, GitLab)
• Excellent debugging, documentation, and 3rd-level support skills
• Comfortable working in cross-functional teams and with business analysts
