Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and execute functional tests on test benches and validation environments.
• Document and analyze defects, drive root cause analysis, and support corrective actions.
• Update and extend test specifications and test cases to ensure requirement traceability.
• Produce clear and comprehensive final test reports to support project milestones and release decisions.
• Support release management including:
  • Planning of software/hardware releases
  • Managing versions and variants
  • Collaborating with Change Request (CR) management to generate CR status reports
• Ensure testing and validation activities align with project timelines and quality standards.
   

Skills and experience:

• ISTQB Certified (Foundation or Advanced level).
• Experience in the automotive industry with hands-on validation or testing roles.
• Domain expertise in one or more of the following:
  • Infotainment Systems
  • Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS)
  • Energy Management
  • Electric Drive (E-Drive)
• Strong experience with:
  • Functional test planning and execution
  • Defect tracking and issue resolution
  • Writing and maintaining test cases and test specifications
  • Final test reporting and documentation
• Exposure to release and version management processes.
• Excellent oral communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving.
• High degree of proactiveness and ability to work independently.
• Strong learning abilities and adaptability to evolving technologies.
